Order Acceptance & Processing

1) Order Review

• We review submitted details and files for completeness and basic print readiness.
• If something is missing or unclear, we’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.

2) Proof Approval

• For most custom designs, you’ll receive a digital proof for approval.
• Production starts only after approval (unless the product is explicitly marked “print-as-is”).

3) Changes & Revisions

• Minor edits are typically handled quickly; extensive redesigns may affect timelines.
• If you request changes after approval, additional fees or delays may apply.

4) Acceptance & Right to Refuse

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate applicable laws.
• If an order is canceled before production, you’ll be refunded according to our refund policy.

5) Cancellations

• Custom and printed items often enter production quickly, so cancellations may not be possible once production begins.
